At Olocuilta, nothing comes out of a box. Every pupusa is shaped by hand, every caldo is started from scratch in the morning, and every plate is made with the same Salvadoran recipes we brought from home — now cooked fresh for the families of Las Vegas.

Our handmade pupusas are what people come back for — stuffed thick with cheese, beans, chicharrón, loroco, or revueltas. Behind them sits a full Salvadoran menu: mojarra frita, fresh mariscos, slow-simmered sopa de gallina india, hearty caldos, and traditional breakfast served daily.
